Product Specific Information
Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery. Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily. Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin rabbit serum proteins, mouse IgG, or serum proteins.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification. Typically produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and modification (immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to ensure high specificity.
