Target Information
Filamin은 두 개의 actin 필라멘트를 유연하게 연결하는 교차결합 단백질로 작용합니다. 두 개의 동일한 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되어 있으며, 각 사슬의 한쪽 끝은 서로 결합되어 있고 다른 쪽 끝에는 actin 결합 부위가 있습니다. Filamin은 인간의 혈소판, 림프구, 섬유아세포 및 평활근 actin에 존재합니다.
