Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human VCAM-1. Anti-Human VCAM-1-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA

• To detect hVCAM-1 by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use 0.25–1.0 µg/mL.
• In conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human VCAM-1 (500-P300) as the capture antibody, enables detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant hVCAM-1.

Western Blot

• Use 0.1–0.2 µg/mL to detect hVCAM-1.
• Detection limit: 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
