Chicken anti-rat antibodies react with IgG heavy chains and all classes of immunoglobulin light chains from rat.
Chicken secondary antibodies show reduced nonspecific binding because they lack the classical Fc domain and therefore do not bind to protein A, protein G, or mammalian IgG Fc receptors.

Target Information

Anti-Rat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rat immunoglobulins.
