Target Information

MALT1/Paracaspase (MALT1)는 인간 paracaspase 패밀리의 구성원으로, B-cell lymphoma의 상호작용 파트너로 확인되었습니다 (Uren et al., 2000).
MALT1은 N-말단 death domain, 두 개의 Ig-like domain, 그리고 C-말단 caspase-like domain을 포함하는 caspase 유사 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 Bcl10과 결합하여 NF-kappaB 활성화를 돕습니다.
