Target Information

MALT1/Paracaspase (MALT1)는 인간 paracaspase 패밀리의 구성원으로, B-cell lymphoma와 상호작용하는 단백질입니다 (Uren et al., 2000).
MALT1은 N-terminal death domain, 두 개의 Ig-like domain, 그리고 C-terminal caspase-like domain으로 구성되어 있으며, Bcl10과 결합하여 NF-kappaB를 활성화시키는 역할을 합니다.
