For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).

Target Information

LTK (TYK1), ALK, and Ros are receptor tyrosine kinases similar to the insulin receptor subfamily.
LTK is expressed in murine B-lymphocyte precursors and forebrain neurons.
ALK is highly expressed in the nervous system; a truncated catalytic domain is associated with non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
The c-Ros gene, originally identified as an oncogene, is expressed in epithelial cells and may play a role in epithelial development.
