Target Information
Guanylate-binding proteins (GBPs)는 인터페론에 의해 유도되는 GTP 결합 단백질로, 미생물 및 바이러스 병원체에 대한 선천 면역 반응에 관여합니다. 인간에는 hGBP1부터 hGBP7까지 7개의 GBP가 존재하며, GBP1과 GBP2는 항바이러스 활성을 나타내고 인터페론 반응 시 내피세포의 증식과 침입 억제를 조절합니다. GBP5는 병원성 세균 및 용해성 염증소체 활성화 인자에 대한 선택적 NALP3 inflammasome 반응을 촉진합니다.
