PA1-32923 detects IP10 from mouse samples.
PA1-32923 has been successfully used in Western blot applications.
The immunogen used is recombinant mouse IP-10.

Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
For short-term storage (1–2 weeks), store at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below, avoiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Target Information

IP-10 (interferon-gamma induced protein 10 kD; in mouse, also known as cytokine responsive gene 2, Crg-2, or mob-1) is a highly inducible primary response gene belonging to the CXC chemokine superfamily.
It was first cloned in 1985. The biological functions of IP-10 include:

• Stimulation of monocytes, natural killer, and T-cell migration
• Regulation of T-cell and bone marrow progenitor maturation
• Modulation of adhesion molecule expression
• Inhibition of angiogenesis

Mig and IP-10 share the same receptor, CXCR3.
