Target Information
MET (c-Met)은 수용체형 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 인간 암종과 관련된 신호전달 경로의 조절에 관여합니다. 리간드 활성화 후 MET은 PI3-kinase의 PIK3R1, PLCG1, SRC, GRB2, STAT3와 상호작용하며, RAS-ERK, PI3K-AKT, PLCγ-PKC 경로를 활성화합니다.
발생 과정에서 근육 및 신경 발달, 혈관 신생, 신장 형성에 중요한 역할을 하며, 성체에서는 상처 치유, 장기 재생, 조직 재형성에 관여합니다.
MET의 이상 발현은 위암, 신장암, 유방암 등 다양한 암종과 연관되어 있으며, 암 치료 및 진단의 잠재적 표적입니다.
