Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에 보편적으로 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)입니다. 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지하며, 비조혈세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD45 당단백질은 림프구 발달과 항원 신호 전달에 중요한 조절자로 작용하며, Src-계열 키나아제의 조절에 관여합니다. 다양한 아이소폼이 존재하며, 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
T세포 및 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절, JAK 키나아제 억제, 사이토카인 수용체 신호 조절, 인테그린 매개 신호전달 및 세포 생존 조절 등 다양한 면역학적 기능에 관여합니다.
