Target Information
RABL2A is a member of the RAB gene family, part of the RAS GTPase superfamily. These small GTP-binding proteins are key regulators of exocytotic and endocytotic pathways. The gene maps to an ancestral telomere fusion site and may be subtelomeric. Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
