Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The EXOC4 protein is a component of the exocyst complex, essential for targeting exocytic vesicles to specific plasma membrane docking sites. This complex is conserved across eukaryotes and interacts with actin cytoskeletal remodeling and vesicle transport machinery. It plays a crucial role in epithelial cell surface polarity. Alternate transcriptional splice variants encoding different isoforms have been characterized.
