Target Information
Cortactin (Cttn)은 Src 기질로 처음 확인된 보편적인 actin 결합 단백질로, 세포 골격 및 세포 형태의 조직화에 기여합니다. 또한 lamellipodia 형성과 세포 이동에 관여하며, 세포 주변부의 actin이 풍부한 구조에 축적되어 actin 네트워크 형성을 촉진합니다.
Cortactin은 N-terminal acidic (NTA), tandem repeats, C-terminal proline-rich, SH3 domain 등 네 가지 주요 도메인을 가지며, NTA는 Arp2/3 및 WASP complex와 상호작용합니다.
이 단백질은 세포 이동성과 침윤을 촉진하며, ECM 분해에 관여하는 invadopodia 형성에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 Src family kinase에 의해 Y421, Y466, Y482 잔기가, Erk family kinase에 의해 S405, S418 잔기가 인산화됩니다.
