Target Information
PREX2는 RAC1 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF)로 작용하여 Rac 단백질의 GDP를 GTP로 교환함으로써 활성화합니다.
이 활성은 phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 및 G 단백질의 베타 감마 소단위에 의해 상승적으로 조절됩니다.
RAC1의 PI3K 의존적 활성화를 매개하며, G 단백질 결합 수용체 및 인산이노시티드 3-키나아제 하위에서 Rac 신호전달의 중요한 매개체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
