Target Information

MALT1 (Paracaspase) is a member of the human paracaspase family, identified as an interacting partner of B-cell lymphoma (Uren et al., 2000).
It is a caspase-like protein with an N-terminal death domain, two Ig-like domains, and a C-terminal caspase-like domain.
MALT1 binds to Bcl10 via its Ig-like domains and cooperates with Bcl10 to activate NF-κB signaling.
