This antibody detects endogenous levels of total NUDT10 protein.
Target Information
NUDT10 cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 (diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate), suggesting a role in signal transduction. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphates, with Ap6A and Ap5A as preferred substrates, producing ADP and p4a (from Ap6A) or ADP and ATP (from Ap5A). It can also hydrolyze 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate.
