Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity requires homodimerization and the presence of three cosubstrates (L-arginine, NADPH, O₂) and five cofactors (FAD, FMN, calmodulin, tetrahydrobiopterin, heme).
Distinct NOS isoforms include:
- NOS1 (nNOS, ncNOS): neuronal form
- NOS3 (ecNOS): endothelial form
