Product Specific Information
Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies. These genes are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro.
Advantages of recombinant antibodies include better specificity and superior lot-to-lot consistency.
Minimal cross-reactivity with rabbit, rat, human, bovine, guinea pig, and donkey IgG is observed.
Alexa Fluor Plus secondary antibodies provide brighter signals compared to conventional Alexa Fluor conjugates, enabling better signal-to-noise ratios and clearer imaging.
They are conjugated using new proprietary dye chemistry for enhanced fluorescence performance.
Usage Note:
Before use, centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly and use only the supernatant to remove aggregates. Optimal dilution should be determined empirically for each application.
