인간 STAU1은 미세소관 결합 도메인을 포함하며, 세포질 내 거친 소포체(RER)와 연관되어 mRNA를 미세소관 네트워크를 통해 RER로 운반하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 인플루엔자 리보핵단백질(NS1, NP, PA)과 상호작용하며, 바이러스 복제에 필수적입니다.
