Invitrogen™ Epidermal Growth Factor, Tetramethylrhodamine Conjugate (rhodamine EGF)
여러 가지 형광 표지된 EGF 결합체를 제공하여 세포 내 EGF 수용체 검출에 유용합니다. 형광 표지 EGF는 수용체-막 상호작용 연구, 수용체 분포 분석, 결합 속도 상수 계산 등 다양한 연구에 활용됩니다.
Tetramethylrhodamine, FITC, Oregon Green™ 514 등의 염료를 EGF에 직접 결합하여 제작하였으며, Alexa Fluor™ 및 Texas Red™ 표지형은 biotin-XX를 이용한 biotinylated EGF–streptavidin 복합체 형태로 제공됩니다. Biotin-XX는 수용체 친화도를 높이기 위한 긴 spacer arm을 포함합니다.
