Thermo Fisher Scientific의 Texas Red™ EGF complex는 EGF 수용체 검출에 유용한 형광 표지 성장인자입니다. 형광 표지된 EGF는 수용체-막 상호작용, 수용체 분포 연구, 결합 속도 상수 계산 등에 활용됩니다.

형광 표지 EGF는 다양한 형광 염료(FITC, Oregon Green™ 514, tetramethylrhodamine 등)로 직접 결합된 형태와, Alexa Fluor™ 또는 Texas Red™ 염료가 streptavidin과 결합된 biotinylated EGF 복합체 형태로 제공됩니다.
