Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The Eph subfamily is the largest group of receptor protein tyrosine kinases identified to date. These receptors are implicated in central nervous system function and development. Human Eph family members include EphA1–EphA8 and EphB1–EphB6.
Ephrin ligands include ephrin-A4 (LERK-4), ephrin-A2 (Elf-1), ephrin-A3 (Ehk1-L), and ephrin-B2 (Htk-L), which interact with specific Eph receptors such as EphA3, EphA4, EphA5, and EphB4.
