Target Information
GADD153는 작은 핵 단백질로, 전사 인자 C/EBP α 및 β와 이합체를 형성할 수 있습니다. 이 복합체는 정상적인 C/EBP의 결합 및 기능을 억제하며, 반대로 스트레스 관련 비정상적 C/EBP 표적에 결합 활성을 가집니다. 정상 세포 조건에서는 발현이 거의 없지만, 세포 또는 ER 스트레스 시 발현이 크게 증가합니다. 대표적인 유도 요인으로는 tunicamycin 처리, 영양 결핍, 칼슘 플럭스에 영향을 주는 환원제 등이 있습니다.
