Target Information
RAB7B는 endosome에서 trans-Golgi network(TGN)으로의 소포 수송을 조절합니다.
TLR9 신호를 음성 조절하며, macrophage에서 TLR9의 lysosomal 분해를 촉진하여 TNFA, IL6, IFNB 생성을 억제합니다.
또한 TLR4 신호를 억제하고, megakaryocytic 분화를 촉진하여 NF-κB 의존적 IL6 생산 및 STAT3–GATA1 결합을 강화합니다.
EGF 및 EGFR 분해 경로에는 관여하지 않습니다.
