Target Information
PSKH1 may function as a splicing factor compartment-associated serine kinase (SFC-associated kinase) involved in intranuclear SR protein trafficking and pre-mRNA processing.
It is localized in the Brefeldin A-sensitive Golgi compartment, at centrosomes, in the nucleus (speckle-like distribution), and associated with the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), plasma membrane (PM), and diffusely in the cytoplasm.
