ITGB1 (Integrin Subunit Beta 1, CD29)
ITGB1은 110 kDa 세포 표면 당단백질로, 다양한 세포(특히 백혈구)에 널리 발현됩니다. 최소 6개의 알파 사슬(alpha1–alpha6)과 비공유 결합된 헤테로다이머를 형성하여 결합 특성을 결정합니다.
세포 부착 분자로서 혈소판 및 다양한 단백질 복합체의 구성 요소로 작용하며, 세포 부착, 이동, 면역세포의 조직 이동에 관여합니다.
ITGB1 발현 감소는 항암제 내성과 관련이 있으며, 염증성 장질환 및 조직 손상 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
β1A와 β1D 두 주요 형태가 존재하며, 조직 특이적으로 발현됩니다.
