Target Information
IL-36B는 interleukin 1 cytokine family의 구성원으로, IL-1RL2 및 IL-1RAcP 수용체를 통해 NF-kappaB 경로를 활성화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. IL-36A 및 IL-36G와 유사하게, 완전한 작용 활성화를 위해 후번역적 절단이 필요하지만 그 메커니즘은 아직 밝혀지지 않았습니다. IL-36 cytokine은 Th1 반응을 증폭시켜 CD4+ T 세포의 증식 및 Th1 분극화를 촉진하는 것으로 제안됩니다.
