For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The VBP1 protein interacts with the Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) protein to form an intracellular complex. It functions as a chaperone protein and may assist in the transport of VHL protein from perinuclear granules to the nucleus or cytoplasm.
Alternative splicing and alternate transcription start sites result in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
