Reconstitution: Add 15 µL or 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody is supplied as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

GPCR G2A is a G-protein-linked receptor for lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC). It may act as a sensor of LPC levels at inflammation sites, limiting tissue infiltration and autoimmune progression. It functions at the G2/M checkpoint to delay mitosis and may enable T and B cells to slow proliferation and repair DNA damage.
Highly expressed in macrophages and lymphoid tissues such as spleen and thymus, with weak expression in heart and lung. In atherosclerotic plaques, expression is observed around the lipid core and shoulder region. It is induced by DNA-damaging agents.
