The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the CSRNP family of nuclear proteins that share conserved cysteine- and serine-rich regions, a basic domain, and a transcriptional activation domain. These proteins bind the sequence AGAGTG, characteristic of transcription factors. Studies in mice suggest redundant functions among family members. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified.
