Target Information
DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit RPA43, 또는 Twist neighbor protein (Twistnb)은 진핵생물 RPA43 RNA polymerase 소단위체 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 DNA를 주형으로 하여 RNA를 합성하며, ribosomal RNA 전구체 합성에 관여합니다. Twistnb는 태아 및 성체 조직 전반에 걸쳐 발현되며, 특히 태아 폐, 간, 신장에서 높게 발현됩니다. Twist 유전자는 배아 발달에 필수적이며 해파리부터 인간까지 보존되어 있습니다.
