GSK3B (Glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta)는 프로린 인산화 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제로, 에너지 대사, 신경 세포 발달, 체형 형성에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 포도당 항상성의 음성 조절자이며, 에너지 대사, 염증, ER 스트레스, 미토콘드리아 기능장애, 세포자멸 경로에 관련됩니다.
또한 Wnt/β-catenin 신호전달 경로의 핵심 구성요소로, β-catenin 분해를 매개하여 Wnt 신호를 억제합니다.
GSK3B는 Hedgehog, Notch, 인슐린 신호전달 경로에도 관여합니다.
