For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SPR encodes an aldo-keto reductase that catalyzes the NADPH-dependent reduction of pteridine derivatives, playing a key role in tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4) biosynthesis.
Mutations in this gene can cause DOPA-responsive dystonia due to sepiapterin reductase deficiency.
A pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 1.
