CD127 (Interleukin-7 receptor alpha, IL-7Ra)은 림포포이에시스 조절에 관여하는 당단백질입니다. IL-7R 복합체는 알파 및 감마 사슬로 구성된 헤테로다이머 형태로 존재하며, IL-7 신호전달을 통해 B세포 전구체, 흉선세포, T세포 전구체, 성숙한 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T세포의 증식을 촉진합니다. CD127의 기능 이상은 중증 복합 면역결핍증(SCID) 등과 관련이 있습니다.
