Target Information
Kallikreins는 세린 프로테아제(serine protease)의 하위 그룹으로, 암 발생 과정(carcinogenesis)에 관여합니다.
새롭게 발견된 KLK 유전자인 KLK-L4는 전립선, 침샘, 유방, 고환 등 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 스테로이드 호르몬에 의해 조절됩니다.
유방암 세포주에서의 발현은 유방암의 병인 및 진행에 관련될 수 있습니다.
