Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a transcription factor that represses GATA-regulated genes and binds to a dynein light chain protein. Interaction with the dynein light chain protein influences binding to GATA consensus sequences and suppresses transcriptional activity.
Mutations in this gene are associated with tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome (TRPS) types I–III.
