Target Information
CDK3/CyclinE1은 cyclin-dependent protein kinase 계열의 멤버로, E2F transcription factor를 활성화하여 S phase 진입을 촉진합니다. 또한 cyclin C와 결합하여 retinoblastoma 1 단백질을 인산화함으로써 G0 phase에서의 탈출을 유도합니다.
CDK3 유전자는 염색체 위치 17q22-qter에서 BRCA1 유전자 말단 근처에 위치하며, 실험용 Mus musculus 계통에서 단일 점 돌연변이가 보고된 바 있습니다.
