Target Information

Rho GTPase activating protein 5 (ARHGAP5)는 RHO GTPases를 음성 조절하며, 세포골격 변화에 관여하는 GTP 결합 단백질의 가수분해를 촉진합니다. 이 유전자는 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이를 가지며, Rho 계열 단백질의 GTPase 활성화 단백질로 작용할 수 있습니다. 또한 RASA1/p120GAP의 p21ras GTPase-활성화 잠재력을 감소시키는 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
