Target Information

Human thyroglobulin (hTg)은 갑상선 소포세포에서 발견되는 고분자량 당단백질(약 605 kDa)로, 갑상선 호르몬 T4와 T3의 흡수, 결합, 생합성 조절에 중심적인 역할을 합니다.
자가면역성 갑상선 질환(Hashimoto thyroiditis, Graves disease)에서 항-thyroglobulin 자가항체가 발견되며, 특히 Hashimoto thyroiditis에서 높은 수준으로 관찰됩니다. 또한 갑상선암 환자의 추적 관찰 지표로 사용될 수 있습니다.
