This OX18 monoclonal antibody recognizes a non-polymorphic determinant of rat MHC Class I (RT1-A), expressed on all nucleated cells and erythrocytes.
The OX18 antibody has been reported to have functional activity.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of rat splenocytes
- Recommended Usage: ≤1 µg per test (100 µL final volume; 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)
It is recommended to titrate the antibody for optimal performance.
