Target Information
TRIAP1는 미토콘드리아 막 내 cardiolipin(CL) 축적을 조절하여 세포사멸(apoptosis) 경로를 조절하는 단백질입니다.
TRIAP1:PRELID1 복합체는 phosphatidic acid(PA)의 이동을 매개하여 CL 합성에 필요한 PA를 내막으로 전달합니다.
TRIAP1:PRELID3A 복합체 역시 PA 전달 기능을 수행하며, 세포 내 caspase-9 활성화를 억제함으로써 세포 생존을 촉진합니다.
