Enhances the promotion of guanine-nucleotide exchange by PSCD2 on ARF6 in a concentration-dependent manner.
Target protein binds guanine nucleotide exchange factor cytohesin 2 and increases cytohesin 2 mediated formation of ADP-ribosylation factor GTP-ase.
