- CSI 003-23-02은 vitronectin에 매우 특이적이며, fibronectin, elastin, collagen, laminin 등 다른 결합조직 단백질과 교차반응이 없습니다.
- Cat, dog, goat, cow, horse의 vitronectin과 반응합니다(말에서는 약하게 반응).
- ELISA와 Western blotting에서 성공적으로 사용되었으며, Western blot에서 65–75 kDa의 vitronectin 밴드를 검출합니다.
- Epitope은 somatomedin B domain에 위치하며, CSI 003-01-02와는 다릅니다.
Target Information
VTN은 pexin family에 속하는 단백질로, 혈청 및 조직에서 발견됩니다.
세포 부착 및 확산을 촉진하고, complement pathway의 세포막 손상 효과를 억제하며, 여러 serpin serine protease inhibitors에 결합합니다.
