This antibody has specificity for Mouse CDH13/Cadherin-13/H Cadherin.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene has a C-terminal domain with tRNA 3′ processing endoribonuclease activity, catalyzing the removal of the 3′ trailer from precursor tRNAs. It interacts with activated Smad2 and its nuclear partner forkhead box H1 (FAST-1). Reduced expression can suppress TGF-β–induced growth arrest. Mutations in this gene are associated with increased risk of prostate cancer. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
