Target Information
CD96은 TACTILE로도 알려진 세포 부착 수용체로, Ig superfamily의 구성원입니다. 단일 통과 막단백질로 세 개의 Ig-like extracellular 도메인과 proline/serine/threonine 풍부 영역으로 구성되어 있습니다.
CD96은 모든 발달 단계의 단핵구 및 T 세포(γδ T 세포, thymocytes, NK 세포 포함)에 발현되며, 마우스에서는 B 세포에 발현되지 않습니다. 인간과 달리 마우스 CD96은 대체 스플라이스 변형체가 존재하지 않습니다.
CD96은 CD155/poliovirus receptor 및 Nectin-1과 결합하여 NK 세포의 표적 세포 부착 및 세포독성 작용을 매개하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
