STAT6 mRNA는 림프구, 장, 난소, 전립선, 흉선, 비장, 신장, 간, 폐, 태반 등 다양한 조직에서 검출됩니다. STAT6은 IL-4 매개 생물학적 반응에 필수적이며, STAT6a 및 STAT6c 두 가지 주요 isoform으로 존재합니다.
