SHISA9 (CKAMP44a)는 뇌 특이적 type I 막단백질로, 시냅스 가시돌기 내 AMPA 수용체와 결합하여 흥분성 시냅스에서 AMPA 수용체 탈감작을 촉진합니다. 이는 특정 흥분성 시냅스에서 단기 가소성을 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
