Target Information
Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제 과정에서 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환되어 높은 유연성을 제공합니다. 또한 하나의 1차 항체에 여러 개의 2차 항체가 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상을 제공합니다.
일반적으로 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 면역원으로 사용하여 숙주 동물에 면역시켜 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 고특이적 시약으로 정제됩니다.
