The dC(Bz) Beta Cyanoethyl Phosphoramidite is used as a component of a deprotecting chemistry set including dA(Bz), dG(iBu) and T. Standard series of phosphoramidite deprotects in 6-8 hours at 55°C.

β-cyanoethyl phosphoramidites are for use on ABI synthesizers to guarantee you high quality nucleic acid synthesis.
